I love my new barefoot boot Qollins, which I have been wearing in continuous use for 3 weeks now. They simply go with everything, exactly what I was looking for.

I got through a good friend on Zaqq, who has almost always been wearing her Sparqle boots when I meet her. Even in summer she doesn't want to do without it. Unfortunately we have 3 shoe sizes differently, so I could get in your shoes, but they were far too big for me. But at least I got a feeling for Zaqq barefoot shoes.

I thought about it for a long time whether I should order the same boot, but then I found it better to choose another model.


Again and again I rummaged in the shop for boots for spring. To be honest, it took me half a year to finally put on one. One thing was certain that it must be a Chelsea boat that can be combined both sporty and feminine. Qollins Brown and Qey West Cognac were at the top of my list.

Since a city break was in a city break and I had no suitable and above all comfortable shoes for it, I decided on the Qollins without further ado because it has a shorter shaft and can therefore be worn on warmer days. I always travel with minimal luggage and wanted a shoe that I can wear on any occasion. And that works without any problems. He looks good for the jeans, but I can also wear it wonderfully to the skirt without it being chunky. Perfect!
The beautiful warm color also fits my clothing style and with the flower decorations in the leather, the Qollins also looks particularly feminine with a otherwise sporty touch.

The order and shipping

I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly the order arrived. To be able to start the boots, I ordered them extra 4 weeks before my city trip. But they arrived with me after 2 days. Wow, that was really a flash delivery.

The first impression of my barefoot boots Qollins

What can I say, my new Qollins Brown is a dream of boot !!! I've been wearing it for almost 3 weeks now and have been thrilled since the first day. The sole is wonderfully soft and flexible. My toes have space without the boat looks too duck -footed as with other barefoot shoes. On the contrary, it even looks very feminine and at the same time has a sporty touch.
However, I also have to admit that I first had to get used to the view of the boot. A barefoot shoe looks very different, especially in the top view, like a narrow -cut shoe with a high sole.
My friends didn't notice the difference, some even spoke to my beautiful boots. All girls from my circle of friends Chelsea boots from ZAQQ will probably soon have.

The material and the processing

The boot is very high quality. The seams are pulled clean and look very robust. Since I have only been wearing it for a few weeks, of course I can't say whether the Qollins also lasts for many years. But since I have the good example of my girlfriend with her Sparqle, I assume that my Qollins also holds what he promises.
The leather is particularly velvety from the outside, it almost looks like fabric. But it is actually a fine suede. Smooth leather is sewn from the inside, only the elastic inserts are out of it. The inner sole is also made of smooth leather.
In the beginning, the Qollins was still a bit stiff, but that was already on the first day. Before wearing the first correct wear, I moved the material back and forth on the back to the heel to make it more elastic. And so I had a great running feeling right from the start.

Feeling comfort in Qollins

As already mentioned, the sole is particularly soft. Since I still get used to barefoot shoes in "normal" shoes after more than 20 years, the soft sole is just right. I even have the feeling that they dampen more than many of my old shoes, even though the sole is so thin. I get more hard on my heels, which always triggered strong back problems with me. I can run in the Qollins for hours and the back problems have gotten much better. Perhaps it is also because my passage automatically adapts when I wear the barefoot boots. Presumably I get on my heels through the flat sole less hard, but rather evenly on the entire foot.

Conclusion
With Qollins I found a boot that meets my expectations of a comfortable barefoot shoe. I am more than satisfied and can recommend the Qollins without restriction. Certainly that won't be my last barefoot shoe now that I got a taste. For the summer, I already love a couple of Suqar ballerinas made of fabric that likes more very much.
