Returns and cancellation
ZAQQ Service is very important! If you are not satisfied with the goods we sent, you have the option of returning the items you ordered.
30 day return policy
Please note that you can return your shoes to us within 30 days and that we only take back unused items. We therefore recommend trying on and checking shoes on soft surfaces (e.g. carpet). Please be careful not to remove labels attached to the shoes and not to dirty the items. Please put that ZAQQ Shoes in the original packaging in which we sent you the item. In the next step, please place the item in its original packaging and the completed return slip in the shipping box. Of course you can do this ZAQQ - Use cardboard.
How do I return goods?
If you would like to return an item or exchange it for another item in a different size or color, etc., you can simply note this and we will take care of the rest.
Please stick the return label on the shipping box. If you ZAQQ- If you use cardboard, please make sure that the label with which we sent your order can no longer be seen. Please remove it completely before shipping or cover it with the return label.
A Exchange We can change the shoes to a different model or size free return (within Germany) via our returns portal and free new shipping (does not apply to the USA). For an exchange delivery to the United States, please order again through our shop.
At one full return (regardless of the choice of shipping service provider or use of our returns portal), we will deduct a refund amount Cost amount of EUR 3.90 off. Do you keep one? Part of your order and you send a part back, falls no expense amount and you only pay the shipping costs you have already paid.
You should outside Germany live, then unfortunately we cannot cover the costs for the return transport and these will be at your expense, unless the return is due to an error on our part and originates from countries in the European Union. If this is the case, please choose standard shipping, as we do not reimburse costs incurred by express shipments.
In your own interest, please make sure that the return is tracked. If the package is sent without tracking, we assume no liability for loss.
For justified returns, which is their origin outside the European Union Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse the transport costs.
How do I send the shoes back from Austria, Switzerland and other countries?
Unfortunately, we cannot cover the costs of returns from other countries. Please include a copy of the order confirmation or invoice with your return and tell us whether you would like an exchange or refund and declare the package as "returned goods".

Please only send your shoes back from the country we shipped to. If there are fees for the return from a different country than for the outbound shipment, we reserve the right to charge these costs.
For an exchange delivery to the United States, please reorder from our shop.
Will I receive a VAT refund if I want to ship my shoes abroad?
No. Unfortunately, we do not offer the VAT refund service for customers whose order was delivered to Germany and then transferred to a third country.
How long does it take to process my return?
Please note that it may take approximately 7 working days for the returned items to be checked from the time they are delivered to us. After the goods have been successfully checked, you will receive further information by email.
How do I get my money refunded?
As soon as we have received the return and checked it, we will refund you. Depending on the payment method you will receive:
If you pay in advance and transfer immediately, you will be credited to your bank account
When paying via PayPal, a credit will be credited to your PayPal account
If you pay by credit card, a credit will be credited to your credit card.
We cannot influence whether the amount remains on your account for another purchase or goes back into your bank account.
The refund will be made within a few days of the return being processed.
