Exactly right

This shoe is perfect for people with narrow and flat feet. That's not the case for everyone ZAQQ-Shoes the case. They feel wonderful on my feet, I don't need an insert like in other models, I've already done a few hikes. As always, ordered a size larger than I actually have.

For me the perfect shoe for easy hikes. Waterproof, lightweight and super comfortable! Only the slip resistance of the sole on very muddy terrain could be a little better.

Great hiking shoe

Last week I was out and about in the Tannheimer Valley with this shoe, climbing 1000 meters a day over partly wet stones. I ran great with this shoe, it never slipped, no blisters or pressure points, just great, I would buy it again in a heartbeat

Slip in and feel good

This is how a shoe should be, slip on and feel comfortable, without compromises, without “it’s fine” or “it’ll be fine”. The shoe is light, very comfortable and robust. For me the perfect shoe for hiking.

Absurdly durable hiking shoe

I've been wearing my pair for over two years now.
After more than 100+ mountain tours and occasional daily use, the shoes show hardly any damage.
From the very beginning, I was impressed by how they changed my movement patterns in the mountains. They enable very precise kicks. Compared to classic mountain boots with which I tend to "trump" through the terrain, with these shoes I can react much more sensitively to the ground. For example, I can move the load point within the foot before a stone starts to slip. Or I feel small steps and steps and can then consciously “claw on” to them.
I put the shoes through a lot of wear and tear (rock fields, thorns, glaciers) and the soles have barely worn off yet.
Only repeated washing in the washing machine has damaged them. After 5-6 washes I had to glue a 2cm long piece of a seam with superglue. - Yes, I know you shouldn't wash them in the washing machine anyway ;) So far it's worked great otherwise.
I just noticed that the shoes rub off after wearing them for a long time under water (walking along a riverbed). The calluses on my feet were then slightly blue in color. However, this problem goes away after about the second wash.
I haven't cared for the shoes other than the occasional machine wash, but that doesn't seem to cause any problems with the material.
I am extremely positively surprised by the longevity and workmanship of the shoes, which is why I will now buy another pair.
To that ZAQQ-Team: Please keep these ingenious shoes with this exceptionally good workmanship in your range forever. Otherwise, I would be happy to receive a message so that I can start panic buying straight away. :)

Wonderfully hikeable

With slight reservations, despite good reviews on this site, I went on a hiking tour in the Austrian mountains and am now absolutely thrilled. Almost any surface was welcome (perfect everywhere except for smaller snow fields). The strain when hiking is evenly distributed across my legs, my feet were never tired. I didn't want to take off my shoes while I was resting because they didn't pose any burden on me. This is a really wonderful way to hike. After the vacation, the dust was torn off, it was given some care and it looked like new. Perfect.

A very comfortable shoe.

Almost perfect

I bought the shoes in the spring of this year as mountain and hiking shoes and I am absolutely thrilled. The shoe is super comfortable and, in my opinion, offers an optimal combination of a wide toe box and a narrow look. The sole is extremely flexible and offers good grip even on slippery rock.
After I tested it on a few day tours, I spent 10 days traveling through South Tyrol. 90km and 7000 meters of altitude (via paths, paths, via ferratas, rubble and scree) later, they are still as good as new.

The sole is awesome, anti-slip and flexibility are suitable for winter and the upper material also keeps me comfortable and warm through the cold season. I would like to have a pair with soles half as thick for the transitional period.
