The lacing is pulled to the outside to ensure that it does not pinch uncomfortably. The Quiq Trail is one of my favorite shoes. Use it to run as well as for trail running in the mountains. I have two years now and was traveling a lot with him: at home on the street and forest, mountain tours in the Alps (up to 3000 m) and the GR20 in Corsica.
The shoe can also be combined well with roots, gaiters and waterproof socks - so it is a light, modular shoe that also works excellently in the mountains (even with rock and residual snow).
The only drawback: When it comes to the stresses in the mountains, the durability of the seams of the sole is quite low. So far, these have had to be repaired twice, but this was done by ZAQQ without hesitation.

Suitable for city, trail and desert
I have been outdoor with the quik for a few months and therefore dared to take him on a trip as the only shoe. He reliably accompanied me many kilometers in the city, sometimes more demanding, stony trails and in the desert. The sole is gripped, even on passages with large stones, where sometimes light climbing was necessary, I was absolutely sure -footed.

Top all -round shoe
Another top shoe from ZAQQ. Well suited for leisure, mountains, running, etc., a real all -rounder. The trail sole is super grippy and yet offers the highest flexibility.
Sometimes I have to check whether I have put on my shoes at all, they are so light!
The first three days pressed the heel a bit (even gave a bladder), but then the shoe fit ideal.
