Today I received my new pair of "EXPEQ Brown Waterproof". After about 1.5 years and about 1,500 km of walking, the soles of my first pair are unfortunately at their end.
I think this is a remarkable result.
It's just a shame that you can't replace the soles.
I love the patina of the old pair and would like to continue wearing them.
Nevertheless, this shoe absolutely deserves 5 stars!

Finally new barefoot shoes that neither pinch nor chafe. So you don't have to break it in first. They arrived in time for the holiday. And I wore the new shoes for several hours. I was just thrilled. They already look worn, but that's what a shoe like this has to be. The quality is great. A very light shoe. The sole is not just glued. Also sewn. The footbed is comfortable. At first I was worried that it would chafe my ankle. As with shoes from other manufacturers. Nothing... these shoes didn't rub anywhere. I can really recommend her. And I will definitely buy more shoes from Zaqq

It's been a long time since I finally had a shoe that fits straight away and no pain in the heel or instep. I wanted to order sandals but unfortunately they were sold out in my size

Super comfortable, does what it promises
I bought the shoe and immediately wore it for two weeks on vacation. Snow, mud, dust, city tours, hikes through uneven terrain, camping, ... I've done it all and I love the shoe! You can tie it tightly for hikes, put on thick socks to keep your feet warm, or only tie it halfway to slip in and out quickly. Fantastic! The only thing that could be improved would be a coarser profile, but then it would no longer be as flexible. And it also looks cool and is, as promised, waterproof (unless of course it leaks into the top, which happened to me once). I hope it lasts for many years to come!
This is the third pair of shoes of this type. I really like the shoes, especially for the cooler season or when you want them to be waterproof when hiking. Also very chic and comfortable for everyday use.

Wonderful ground feel, very comfortable to wear, robust leather upper. This quickly shows signs of wear, but this only makes them look more rustic. I changed the laces to shorter ones because I never use all the eyelets on the shaft anyway. They are therefore very quick to put on and take off. I've worn them almost every day for about 3/4 years now. The only point of criticism is that one eyelet wanted to open, that was after a few weeks. The metal, brass or similar, could be bent back with a little force, but it hasn't opened since. Can also be worn in winter with 2 pairs of socks. As long as you move, your feet don't get cold. Of course not suitable for demanding winter expeditions. They have become my favorite shoes.

Really great comfortable shoe! I already have a few barefoot shoes and really wanted a robust barefoot hiking shoe - great, I'm super happy with them!
Comfortable, high quality and well made.
You have to give the sole and the material some time, but as soon as the leather becomes soft and supple, the barefoot feeling comes into its own.
It's better to order a size larger

This is my husband's second pair, the last ones lasted four years and he wore them every fall and winter. Very high quality and really comfortable fit. We recommend ordering a size larger if you want to put a warm insole in the shoe in winter.
I am very satisfied with the wearing comfort and can only recommend the model!
