Information on checking authenticity and dealing with customer reviews zaqq.de

Transparency, openness and trust are there ZAQQ in the first place. In order to fully comply with the legal information obligations (particularly within the framework of the EU Omnibus Directive and Section 5b Para. 3 UWG), we will inform you below about how reviews on our website www.zaqq.de collected, checked and presented.

Authentication of reviews

We ensure that published reviews only come from customers who have actually purchased our products. To do this, we automatically compare every review submitted with the order data from our Shopify shop. Only if there is an order for the reviewed product will the review be considered “verified” marked and published.

Reviews will be made without an associated order not published.

This ensures that all visible reviews come from real customers who actually received the product in question.

Moderation and deletion of content

Regardless of the authenticity check, we reserve the right to moderate or delete reviews if content:

  • violate applicable law (e.g. insults, slander, sedition, copyright violations),

  • contains advertising content from third parties, spam or links to external websites,

  • obviously have no connection to the product being evaluated,

  • contain personal data of third parties without their consent.
